Your tasks

You will have a meaningful and active job as a housing supporter within LSS/SOL psychiatry this summer. This involves supporting and assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, household chores, and meals. You will handle medication upon delegation, document, and report performed measures. If you want to work to create conditions for independence and good quality of life so that the daily life of our residents becomes manageable and meaningful, we are looking for you who have a genuine interest in people and want to work with individual support measures.

Together, our housing supporters work to motivate and guide individuals towards increased activity, participation, and independence. Through a salutogenic approach, we focus on the healthy aspects of each person and create good conditions for a good life. You support daily routines and tasks, provide individual care, and encourage our residents to realize their personal interests.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone with a completed high school education. To meet our clients and document your work, you must master Swedish in speech and writing and be accustomed to using technical aids in daily work. If you have completed or are currently pursuing further education in the field of care and nursing, psychiatry, or behavioral science, we see it as an advantage for the position. It is meritorious if you have experience in similar jobs previously and have experience in documentation. A B driver's license is an advantage.

You work well with others and appreciate collaboration in the workplace. In the role of housing supporter, you are self-sufficient and structured in your work approach and have an easy time adapting to changing circumstances in the workplace. Other information

Before you can be employed, you need to present an approved extract from the police's criminal record.

We are looking for summer substitutes between weeks 24–33, with the possibility to start now as a temporary worker.

The work includes both day, evening, weekend, and awake night shifts.

We apply rolling selection, and interviews will take place during the application period.

In connection with the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a personal certificate along with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the obligation to have a work permit.
